David Moravick
David Moravick graduated from Somers (NY) High School and attended St. Joseph’s College in North Windham, graduating cum laude with a BS Degree in Business Administration.
David started his banking career with Kennebunk Savings Bank and moved to positions of increasing responsibility with Northeast Bank and Casco Northern Bank. Upon the sale of Casco Northern Bank he became a licensed insurance agent with Paquin & Carroll Insurance. David obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor and graduated 3rd in his class from Commercial Union School for Agents.
David returned to banking as commercial lender with Ocean National Bank. In late 2002 he joined a group of investors in Kennebunk to raise capital for the new Rivergreen Bank, which opened in 2003 with David as part of the senior management team.
In April 2007 David returned to Kennebunk Savings as vice president of Kennebunk Savings Insurance. In 2011 he was named President of the agency and promoted to the senior management team.
David lives at Granite Point in Biddeford with his wife Martha. They have 2 children, Andrew (25) and Sarah (28), both living in Boston. Along with the Education Foundation of the Kennebunks and Arundel, David also serves as treasurer for the McArthur Library Association, the Brick Store Museum, and Seeds of Hope Neighborhood Center. David was also appointed by the Town of Kennebunk to the Kennebunk Development Corporation and serves as Vice President.
