Our annual appeal takes place in the fall. Be sure to look for our newsletter and pledge request early in the school year.
An Endowment for Our Children’s Future
We are establishing an endowment that allows us to plan well in advance and to create a long-term strategic funding vision for what we, the community and our educators can accomplish for the benefit of our students. Our current model of annual funding includes a significant reliance on special event fundraising. Special events have life cycles, are dependent on weather and the availability and skills of volunteers. Learn more about the endowment and how you can help.
What is a Charitable Bequest?
A charitable bequest is a gift to the Education Foundation of the Kennebunks and Arundel that is made through your will or living trust. While you are alive, you retain complete control of your bequest assets. When your estate is settled, your estate will receive a federal estate tax deduction at that time that is equal to the value of your gift, which may save estate taxes.
