Leah Rachin
Leah is a partner with the Kennebunk law firm, Bergen & Parkinson, LLC. She concentrates her practice in municipal, land use, zoning, and employment law. Leah serves as town attorney to a number of municipalities and represents private individuals, developers, and citizen groups in their interactions with municipalities. She also advises both employers and employees regarding their legal rights and responsibilities. In conjunction with both her municipal and employment practices, she conducts independent investigations in circumstances where misconduct has been alleged.
Leah received her B.A. from McGill University and her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto. Prior to joining Bergen & Parkinson, Leah practiced with a large Toronto law firm. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of MaineStage Shakespeare and is a past Trustee of the Kennebunk Free Library and The Children’s House. Leah lives in Kennebunk with her son, Owen, who is currently a student at MSK.
